Compassion International exists as a Christian child advocacy ministry that releases children from spiritual, economic, social and physical poverty and enables them to become responsible, fulfilled Christian adults.  Our ministry is Christ focused, child centered, church based, and committed to integrity.

When impoverished families in developing countries face various kinds of medical issues, they rarely have the resources to pay for a doctor visit, much less for treatment or surgery. The Medical Assistance Fund exists for these families, and it covers urgent health-related care for any child registered in Compassion’s child sponsorship program. Whether financing a scheduled surgery or an emergency procedure, your contribution to the Medical Assistance Fund ensures that children in Compassion’s care receive the medical treatment they need to return to normal health. And where there is health, there is hope.
